Overview

Instructure is seeking a Regional Vice President for EMEA Channel Sales to lead indirect sales operations across various territories. This role requires strategic leadership and a strong understanding of the Educational Technology industry.

Who you are

You are a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in channel sales, particularly within the Educational Technology sector. You have a proven track record of managing and growing indirect sales operations across diverse regions, including EMEA. Your strategic mindset allows you to align sales initiatives with broader company goals, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds quotas while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You possess strong coaching abilities, enabling you to develop consultative and strategic selling skills within your team. Your understanding of the Educational Technology landscape equips you to navigate complex sales cycles and foster meaningful relationships with channel partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and market presence.

What you'll do

As the Regional Vice President for EMEA Channel Sales, you will lead and manage a team of Channel Account Managers, guiding them in their efforts to align with channel partners and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for expanding Instructure's market presence through a high-impact partner network, ensuring that your strategies are in sync with the global go-to-market approach. Your role will involve coaching your team on best practices in consultative selling, while also maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will report directly to the VP of Global Partner Ecosystem, collaborating closely to ensure that your team's efforts contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your leadership will be critical in driving growth at scale, as you work to establish and nurture relationships with key partners across the EMEA region. You will also be expected to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize opportunities for success.
