What you'll do
As a Staff Data Scientist at Intercom, you will be part of the Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team, where your primary focus will be on leveraging data to unlock insights that drive business value. You will partner with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into analytical projects that provide clarity and direction. Your work will involve analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and presenting your findings to stakeholders to inform product development and strategy.
