Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product partnerships or related fields, with a strong understanding of technology ecosystems and how to drive app adoption. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams, and you excel at building relationships with strategic partners to maximize their impact. You are data-driven and can analyze partnership performance to inform strategy and decision-making. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or customer service industry is a plus, as is familiarity with app ecosystems and integration processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on managing a curated portfolio of Intercomβs most strategic product partnerships. You will work to maximize their impact on our AI-first vision by driving app adoption and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our R&D, GTM, and Solutions teams to ensure that integrations are not only built but also widely adopted and contribute positively to our bottom line. You will analyze partnership performance metrics and provide insights to inform future strategies. Additionally, you will represent Intercom in meetings with partners, advocating for our mutual goals and ensuring alignment on objectives.
