What you'll do

In this role, you will be the founding leader of the enterprise sales operations function at Intercom. You will define the operations playbook that will guide the enterprise sales team in their efforts to position Fin as the leading AI solution for customer support. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining systems that provide actionable insights to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools they need to drive predictable revenue growth.

You will work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align strategies and ensure that the enterprise sales team is equipped to meet their goals. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities within the sales data, allowing you to make informed recommendations that enhance performance.
