What you'll do
As the Group Web Product Manager at Intercom, you will lead the product strategy for our AI Customer Service solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, as well as analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
