Desirable
Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus. A background in sales or account management within a SaaS company would be beneficial. You are familiar with CRM tools and have a data-driven mindset, enabling you to analyze customer metrics and drive strategic decisions.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Relationship Manager at Intercom, you will own a portfolio of fast-growing customers, guiding them to unlock the full potential of our AI Customer Service solutions.
