You have over 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the technology sector, where you've successfully driven growth and developed strategic initiatives. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to achieve their targets. You understand the nuances of the Latin American market and have a proven track record of managing diverse teams across different regions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership. You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in AI or customer service technology is a plus, as is familiarity with partner management in the SMB sector. A background in managing remote teams or experience in a startup environment would also be beneficial. You are fluent in both English and Spanish, which will help you connect with clients and team members across the region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Intercom's Latin American business. You will lead a team of MidMarket Account Executives and Relationship Managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will refine the go-to-market strategy, focusing on expanding Intercom's footprint in this dynamic market. Your role will involve collaborating closely with global functions, including Sales Development, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering, to ensure alignment and drive operational excellence. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales approach and enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will play a key role in partner management, working with SMB clients to foster strong relationships and drive mutual success. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring your team meets or exceeds their sales targets.
