Vanta is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales - LATAM to establish their presence across Latin America. You'll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region, focusing on customer acquisition and building a sales motion. You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in opening new markets or regions. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to thrive in ambiguity and build from the ground up, making you comfortable owning targets without established infrastructure. You are a strategic thinker who can translate early market signals into scalable strategies, and you excel in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with various teams.

You understand the importance of establishing a strong sales presence and are excited about the opportunity to shape how Vanta enters and scales in high-potential markets. Your hands-on, execution-oriented mindset allows you to drive immediate and measurable impact, making you a key player in the company's growth journey.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance sectors is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 will be beneficial as you work to establish Vanta's Trust Management Platform in LATAM.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Sales - LATAM, you will be responsible for defining and executing Vanta's go-to-market strategy for the region. This includes establishing Vanta's presence across Latin America, starting with key markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. You will lay the foundation for long-term growth in a region that is showing strong organic demand for Vanta's services.

You will operate in a true player-coach capacity, guiding your team while also being hands-on in customer acquisition efforts. Your role will involve building a durable and repeatable sales motion, ensuring that Vanta can effectively scale in these new markets. You will be tasked with identifying early customer acquisition strategies and translating them into actionable plans that drive results.

Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that Vanta's offerings are tailored to meet the needs of the LATAM market. You will need to learn quickly from market feedback and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that Vanta remains competitive and relevant in this dynamic environment.
