What you'll do
As a Regional Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory, focusing on recruiting and enrolling strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led demand and accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman's API platform. Your role will involve developing and executing sales motions that leverage partner capabilities to expand Postman's footprint within large organizations.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to succeed. This includes providing training, marketing materials, and ongoing assistance to help partners effectively sell Postman's solutions. You will also track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner engagement strategies.
In addition, you will participate in strategic planning sessions to align partner initiatives with Postman's overall business objectives. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the direction of the channel sales strategy, ensuring that it remains agile and responsive to market changes.
