What you'll do

As the APAC Sales Manager at Intercom, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving new business growth across the region. You will execute the go-to-market strategy for Intercom’s AI customer support solutions, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills of your team members, helping them to become top performers in their roles.

You will establish a sales playbook that outlines best practices for scaling operations across the APAC region, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in your team's approach. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
