Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality or restaurant industry, and understand the unique challenges faced by operators. Your consultative approach allows you to identify gaps in clients' current tools and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their operations. You excel at building relationships and fostering trust with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their onboarding journey. You are passionate about empowering hospitality operators to deliver exceptional guest experiences and are motivated by the impact of your work on their success.

Desirable

Experience with sales in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with restaurant management systems. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track client interactions. A background in marketing automation or online ordering systems would also be beneficial, as it aligns with the solutions you will be recommending to clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for adding new restaurants to the platform and collaborating with operational teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will engage with potential clients, conducting needs assessments to understand their current challenges and how SevenRooms can provide solutions. Your role will involve presenting the platform's features, such as reservation and waitlist management, online ordering, and marketing automation, to demonstrate how they can enhance client operations. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop strategies for client engagement and retention, ensuring that new accounts are excited and committed to using the SevenRooms platform.
