Desirable

Experience in cloud security or related fields is a plus, as it will enable you to better understand the unique challenges faced by our customers. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems will enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in managing your pipeline.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Zscaler, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement within your assigned territory. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to connect with potential clients. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of Zscaler's cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Go-to-Market team, working alongside Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Solution Architects to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your ability to understand customer pain points and articulate how Zscaler's solutions can address them will be crucial in closing deals.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of your sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, providing insights into your pipeline and forecasting future sales. Regularly engaging with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities will be part of your responsibilities, as you aim to foster long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
