You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with 5+ years in solutions architecture or a similar field. You are deeply knowledgeable about API integrations and have a passion for AI-driven solutions, particularly in customer service. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams. You are customer-focused and excited about helping businesses optimize their use of technology to enhance customer experiences. You understand the importance of security reviews and can guide clients through best practices in this area.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Intercom, you will assist customers in deploying and optimizing the Intercom platform and its AI agent, Fin. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure that clients receive the technical support they need for successful implementations. Your role will involve providing hands-on assistance with API integrations and developing automation strategies that leverage AI capabilities. You will also conduct security reviews to ensure that customer data is handled appropriately and securely. By understanding customer needs and challenges, you will help them unlock the full potential of Intercom's offerings, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
