Who you are

You have a strong technical background with experience in building and deploying solutions that meet customer needs. You understand solution use cases, user personas, and jobs-to-be-done, translating these into functional and technical requirements to inform solution design. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You are skilled in architecting and engineering strategic solutions by combining and extending product offerings with new code, design accelerators, and/or partners. Your ability to bridge customer needs with product capabilities allows you to create solutions that not only solve immediate challenges but also shape the future direction of offerings. You are passionate about making technology effective for real-world use and enjoy working in a culture that values speed and scalability.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a hands-on role in building and deploying solutions that help customers realize value quickly. You will work closely with various teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting and engineering solutions that leverage existing product capabilities while also integrating new technologies as needed. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of solution development, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you design are not only effective but also scalable and sustainable. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs, allowing you to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
