You have a strong background in solutions engineering with a focus on identity security and access governance — your experience includes collaborating with sales teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs. You possess a deep understanding of vendor solutions and industry best practices, enabling you to provide expert knowledge to both existing and prospective customers.

With a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, you are adept at integrating AI into solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce compliance costs. You have a proven track record of conducting detailed technical discovery and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing your ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives and Regional VPs to drive opportunities to closure. Your mentoring skills allow you to coach junior Solutions Engineers on strategy and execution, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality technical presentations.

Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to influence customers make you a valuable asset in sophisticated customer engagements. You are comfortable participating in trade shows and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate the value of Saviynt's solutions.

Desirable

Experience with product marketing and content creation, such as developing white papers, solutions briefs, and webinars, is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in identity security and AI will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt, you will play a critical role in the sales organization by collaborating with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance and Identity Security solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to conduct detailed technical discovery sessions with customers, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored solutions.

You will be responsible for responding to RFPs and delivering POCs that showcase the capabilities of Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts will be essential in influencing customer decisions and driving opportunities to closure.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will contribute to product marketing efforts by collaborating on the development of white papers, solutions briefs, and webinars. Your insights will help shape the messaging and positioning of Saviynt's solutions in the market.

You will also mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on best practices for technical presentations and customer engagement strategies. Your leadership will help elevate the team's performance and ensure that they are equipped to handle sophisticated customer engagements effectively.
