You have extensive experience using Postman and a proven track record of training large organizations. Your passion for teaching and ability to engage diverse audiences make you an ideal candidate for this role. You understand the API lifecycle and can simplify complex concepts for users of varying skill levels. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey information and foster collaboration among participants. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to enhancing the customer experience through education.

Desirable

Experience in leading instructor-led training (ILT) modules is a plus, as is familiarity with various user roles and industries. You may also have a background in software development or technical support, which enhances your ability to relate to the challenges faced by developers and organizations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead workshops and training sessions for enterprise customers, both on-site and virtually. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials that align with customer needs and ensuring that participants leave with a solid understanding of how to utilize Postman effectively. You will collaborate with the Customer Education team to create learning programs that boost adoption and simplify the customer journey. Additionally, you will gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers become better developers and enhancing their API-first approach.
