InterWorks is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new data and analytics consulting revenue with mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll manage the full sales cycle and collaborate closely with consultants to deliver tailored solutions. This position requires significant experience in sales and account management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the data and analytics sector, with at least 5 years of experience managing enterprise accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you act as a trusted advisor to uncover their business challenges and technical constraints. You thrive in consultative sales environments, where understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions is key to your success.
Your experience includes leading complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, including technical leaders and executive decision-makers. You are adept at managing a strong pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and position InterWorks' consulting services effectively. Collaborating closely with solutions architects, you will ensure that the solutions delivered are thoughtful and differentiated, aligning with client objectives.
You will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities. Your role will involve leading multi-threaded sales cycles, coordinating with various stakeholders to drive the sales process forward. You will also play a crucial role in account expansion, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
