Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in consultative roles where you've successfully driven revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, you understand the complexities of selling consulting services and can navigate multi-threaded sales cycles involving various stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor is key to your success in this role.
You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to uncover business challenges and provide tailored solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage effectively with technical leaders and executive decision-makers, ensuring that you can articulate the value of your offerings clearly. You are results-driven and have a knack for building and managing a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed your targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will lead consultative conversations that uncover business challenges and desired outcomes, positioning InterWorks as a trusted partner in their data and analytics journey. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a qualified pipeline, advancing opportunities through the sales process, and collaborating closely with solutions architects to deliver differentiated solutions.
You will be expected to lead complex sales cycles, engaging with various stakeholders including technical leaders, business stakeholders, and procurement teams. Your ability to navigate these relationships will be crucial in driving new logo acquisition and account expansion. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets, ensuring that your efforts contribute to the overall success of the organization.
