What you'll do
As the HR Business Partner for Product and Engineering, you will serve as a key advisor to the CTO and SVP of Product, ensuring that talent strategies are aligned with the company's objectives. You will work closely with engineering teams to structure pods for maximum velocity and effectiveness, coaching product leaders on high-stakes decision-making. You will play a critical role in maintaining a high talent bar as the company launches new AI products, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right skills and capabilities to succeed. You will also be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance, contributing to a culture of excellence within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that HR practices support the overall business strategy and that employees are empowered to thrive in their roles.
What we offer
Invoca offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses, reflecting the value we place on our employees.
