With at least 5 years of experience in product management, you have successfully launched products that resonate with users and meet market needs. Your expertise in AI technologies and voice automation positions you as a key player in shaping the future of customer interactions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to bring your vision to life. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and user satisfaction. You are passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and are eager to take on the challenge of building something new from the ground up.
Desirable
Experience in voice AI or conversational interfaces is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring that your team remains focused on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
As the Staff Product Manager for Voice AI at Invoca, you will lead the development of innovative voice-first automation solutions that enhance customer engagement. You will define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize features and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
