What you'll do

As the Product Manager for Voice Intelligence, you will define the vision and strategy for HubSpot's voice platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with business goals. Your responsibilities will include creating a roadmap, conducting user research, and analyzing data to drive product decisions. You will also collaborate with UX designers to create user-friendly experiences and with engineers to ensure successful implementation of features.

You will be responsible for balancing customer needs with business objectives, ensuring that the voice platform delivers reliable and compliant experiences. You will lead discussions on product features and enhancements, and you will be the point of contact for stakeholders regarding the voice product.
