What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) — your primary focus will be on recruiting top talent and developing their skills to ensure they meet and exceed their targets. You will work closely with field sales, sales operations, and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
You will set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team — your leadership will be crucial in creating a high-performance culture that drives results. What we offer
