You have a proven track record in sales development and team management, with experience in recruiting, developing, and coaching Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You understand the importance of generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and building a robust pipeline to support sales growth. What you'll do

As the Manager of Sales Development for AMER, you will lead a global team of SDRs, focusing on prospecting new business opportunities and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's performance and ensure alignment with Ivalua's growth objectives. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring team members, helping them to achieve their individual and collective goals.
