Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts — you've successfully developed customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your ability to identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities is key to your success. You understand the importance of analyzing usage metrics to evaluate product adoption and customer satisfaction.
You are skilled in negotiating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal, to ensure successful contract renewals. Your communication skills allow you to engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, addressing any obstacles to renewals proactively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of DevOps processes.
Desirable
Experience in the software industry, particularly in DevOps or related fields, would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with JFrog products or similar tools can help you hit the ground running. A background in customer success or account management can also enhance your ability to drive customer value.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive, Majors at JFrog, you will be responsible for the growth of the company by managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing strong customer relationships that foster loyalty and retention. You will identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing customer accounts, ensuring that they derive maximum value from JFrog's products and services.
