What you'll do
As the Manager of SMB Sales at JFrog, you will take full accountability for hitting monthly and quarterly targets across a high-volume book of business. You will optimize the sales motion for Account Managers, ensuring high activity levels and effective customer touch strategies. Leading a split-site team across Atlanta and Sunnyvale, you will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring that your team is aligned and motivated to achieve their goals.
You will partner closely with global leadership to drive net-retention through innovative strategies and operational excellence. Your role will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing best practices to enhance team performance. You will also be responsible for scaling high-performing teams and ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
