You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to leverage data for forecasting and pipeline management. Your ability to develop and mentor sales leaders and Account Executives is key to your success, as you focus on building high-performing teams that can execute consistently and effectively. You are passionate about empowering small and medium-sized businesses, contributing to a more inclusive financial ecosystem.

What you'll do

As the Sales Leader for Plaid's SMB team, you will oversee a group of front-line Sales Managers and their Account Executive teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive predictable growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will implement a rigorous operating cadence to ensure consistent execution across teams, while also partnering cross-functionally to shape how Plaid goes to market in the SMB segment. Your leadership will be crucial in developing sales strategies that resonate with clients and drive engagement with Plaid's products.

You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
