What you'll do

As the Director of Talent Acquisition at JFrog, you will lead the North American talent strategy, focusing on building long-term organizational capacity rather than just filling roles. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, acting as a 'Coach-Player' to enhance their skills. Your role will involve driving operational excellence by auditing and optimizing recruitment workflows, ensuring that the processes are efficient and effective.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their talent needs and develop strategies that align with JFrog's mission of delivering 'liquid software.' Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the hiring ecosystem to meet the demands of the world's leading companies.
