Who you are
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in technical recruiting, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the nuances of recruiting for engineering, product, and data teams, and you are adept at building relationships with senior technical executives. You are a strategic thinker who can develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey Klaviyo's mission and values to potential candidates. You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, recognizing the value of unique backgrounds and experiences in building high-performing teams.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-growing tech company is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in talent acquisition technology and methodologies. You have a strong network within the tech community and are comfortable leveraging it to find the best candidates. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make informed decisions.
