Solidcore is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute their enterprise-level talent acquisition strategy. This role requires strong leadership in high-volume recruiting environments and experience in the fitness or wellness industry.

You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume recruiting environments where you have successfully managed over 1,000 hires annually. Your experience in the fitness or wellness industry gives you a unique perspective on building high-performing teams that align with organizational goals. You excel at fostering strong cross-functional partnerships and understand the importance of relationship building in a fast-paced, multi-unit operation. You thrive in environments that require consistent strategic execution and are adept at navigating the complexities of talent acquisition across multiple locations.

You bring a wealth of knowledge in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that not only attract top talent but also enhance the overall employer brand. Your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly sets you apart as a leader in the field. You are comfortable working in an office setting and are committed to being present in the Arlington headquarters weekly from Monday through Wednesday.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of solidcore's enterprise-level talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing talent acquisition team that can effectively meet the demands of a rapidly growing organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies that attract the right candidates.

You will also focus on enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects solidcore's values and commitment to excellence. By leveraging data and analytics, you will track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make informed decisions. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that solidcore attracts a wide range of talent.
