Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. You understand the challenges that SMBs face and are passionate about helping them succeed. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs deeply.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for your clients. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Your ability to engage with clients at critical moments in their journey is a key strength.
What you'll do
As a Retention Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with SMB business owners to help them maximize the value of our platform. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services, ensuring that clients are aware of all the tools available to them. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
You will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and suggest improvements to our offerings. Your role will also involve developing strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn, ensuring that our clients continue to find value in our services.
