Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in sales operations roles, demonstrating a proven track record in managing the quote-to-cash process, including quoting, order management, and revenue recognition. Your analytical skills allow you to effectively analyze sales data and generate insightful reports that identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You understand the importance of data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems, ensuring that all information is reliable and up-to-date.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners in Information Systems, Finance, and Legal to drive alignment and streamline processes. Your proactive approach enables you to identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Staying updated on industry trends and sales best practices is second nature to you, as you continuously seek ways to drive improvement and achieve KPIs consistently.
What you'll do
In your role as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist at JFrog, you will manage the entire quote-to-cash process, ensuring that quoting, order management, and revenue recognition are handled efficiently. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order management and fulfillment, playing a crucial role in the overall sales process.
