Your ability to manage order processing and track marketing fund usage ensures that operations run smoothly and effectively.

Your experience in sales operations or a related field equips you with the skills necessary to handle order management, account onboarding, and marketing events with precision and care. You are adept at monitoring shipment tracking and providing timely updates to customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the order lifecycle.
What you'll do
As a Sales Operations Specialist at SPAN, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders and managing changes through delivery. You will monitor shipment tracking and provide timely updates to customers, ensuring they are informed every step of the way. Your role will also involve tracking marketing fund usage and supporting quarterly financial collaboration efforts, which are crucial for maintaining the efficiency of sales operations.
You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure that account onboarding processes are executed seamlessly, facilitating a smooth transition for new partners. Additionally, you will assist in organizing marketing events that promote SPAN’s mission and products, collaborating with various teams to ensure that these initiatives are successful and aligned with the company’s goals.
Your contributions will directly impact the scalability of SPAN’s sales channels and partner network, making you an integral part of the team. You will be expected to identify areas for improvement within the sales operations processes and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your proactive approach will help SPAN achieve its mission of reducing carbon emissions and promoting electrification.
