What you'll do

In your role as Head of Solutions Engineering, you will lead the Solutions Engineering team in the Americas, focusing on the technical aspects of enterprise sales. You will spend approximately 80% of your time directly engaging with clients, acting as the highest-level technical advisor for critical sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting architectural fit assessments, performing gap analyses, and providing strategic advisory services to ensure successful platform adoption.

The remaining 20% of your time will be dedicated to scaling the Solutions Engineering function. This includes mentoring team members, developing processes that enhance efficiency, and managing the overall performance of the team. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure that the solutions you design are not only technically sound but also aligned with market demands.

Your contributions will directly impact how businesses connect with their customers, as you work to create seamless experiences across the food and retail industries. You will be instrumental in driving sales velocity by building the technical integrity necessary to win enterprise business.
