Who you are
You have a proven track record of leadership in presales and solutions engineering, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams. Your experience includes working closely with solutions architects and technology consultants, emphasizing consultative selling and strategic solution sales. You possess a solid foundation in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, which allows you to effectively guide teams in enhancing their technical depth. Your background in enterprise technical sales of hybrid solutions, both on-prem and SaaS, equips you to navigate complex customer environments and drive adoption of innovative solutions. You understand the importance of security in software delivery and have experience with application security practices. Your ability to collaborate with sales leaders to build impactful go-to-market strategies is a key strength.
Desirable
Experience with data center architectures, including networking, storage, computing, management, and monitoring, is a plus. Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery practices will further enhance your capability to support customers in their software delivery journeys.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at JFrog, you will lead a team dedicated to guiding customers through their DevOps practices. Your role involves mentoring and coaching solution experts, engineers, and architects to elevate their consultative selling skills. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that drive customer engagement and adoption of JFrog solutions.
