What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Solution Engineers across the EMEA region — you will collaborate closely with sales leaders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with Grafana's open-source legacy. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.

You will work with Customer Experience counterparts to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements — your insights will help shape the direction of Grafana's offerings in the market. You will also play a critical role in scaling the team as the company grows, identifying talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
