Overview

JOOR is hiring a Sales Development Associate to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue. You'll work closely with the Demand Generation Marketing team and attend international fashion trade shows. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to grow in sales.

Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to make an impact in sales. You thrive in a team-focused environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals. You handle rejection with resilience and are open to feedback and new ideas to optimize lead generation processes.

You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable qualifying leads by understanding each brand's approach to wholesale selling. You are excited about collaborating with the Demand Generation Marketing team to set appointments for Account Executives to conduct live demonstrations of JOOR's platform.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Associate at JOOR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by generating sales opportunities. You will qualify leads and work closely with the marketing team to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include preparing for and attending international fashion trade shows to generate new business and showcase JOOR's innovative digital wholesale management platform.

You will be expected to stay ahead of daily metrics and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. You will collaborate with experienced managers who will support your growth and development in the sales field. Your contributions will directly impact JOOR's bottom line and help the company maintain its position as a leader in the fashion industry.
