You are an experienced regional sales professional with a strong background in selling to highly technical buyers. You understand the nuances of the IT landscape and can effectively communicate the value of a unified open directory platform. Your ability to engage with IT professionals and business stakeholders sets you apart, as you help them improve their security posture and enhance the effectiveness of their IT organization.
You thrive in a Product Led Growth model, where your sales strategies align with the needs of small and medium customers. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can articulate the benefits of JumpCloud's solutions to diverse audiences. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for selling JumpCloud's Cloud Directory Platform to small and medium customers. You will engage with IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs) to demonstrate how JumpCloud simplifies identity and access management across various devices. Your goal is to drive user acquisition and activation by effectively communicating the platform's capabilities and benefits.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. By leveraging your understanding of customer needs, you will help shape the direction of JumpCloud's sales initiatives. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be crucial in fostering trust and driving long-term partnerships.
You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to ensure alignment with company goals. Your insights will contribute to refining sales strategies and improving overall performance. As you engage with customers, you will gather feedback that informs product development and enhances the user experience.
