Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial technology sector — you've successfully driven user acquisition and managed client relationships, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets. Your strong communication skills enable you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are motivated by the mission of empowering businesses through innovative financial solutions — your curiosity drives you to understand the complexities of the payments landscape and how to best serve your clients. What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Airwallex, you will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones — you'll identify opportunities for growth and work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Your role will involve conducting market research to understand client pain points and how Airwallex can address them.
You will be responsible for presenting our products and services to potential clients, articulating the value proposition clearly and effectively — you'll also manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Collaboration with the customer success team will be key to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
