What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging job descriptions, utilizing various sourcing methods to attract top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You will also analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance our hiring processes. By staying updated on industry trends and best practices, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies. Your role will involve building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment on expectations and fostering a collaborative hiring environment.
