Kaluza is hiring an Australian Risk and Compliance Advisor to join their Risk & Compliance team. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and managing risk within the organization. This position requires experience in risk management and compliance frameworks.

You have a strong background in risk management and compliance, ideally with experience in the energy sector. You understand the importance of regulatory frameworks and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all operations align with legal requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential, as you will be working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance and other team members. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and remote work. What you'll do
As the Australian Risk and Compliance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with Kaluza's operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that align with industry standards. Your expertise will help guide the organization in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring that all practices are compliant with local and national laws. You will also conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures and recommend improvements where necessary.
