You have a strong background in risk management and compliance, ideally with experience in the energy sector. You understand the importance of regulatory frameworks and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all operations align with legal requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential, as you will be working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance and other team members. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and remote work. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to contribute to a team that values flexibility and innovation.

What you'll do

As the Australian Risk and Compliance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with Kaluza's operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that align with industry standards. Your expertise will help guide the organization in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring that all practices are compliant with local and national laws. You will also conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures and recommend improvements where necessary.
