Overview

Kaseya is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with strategic customers. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive retention and revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented and client-focused mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the IT infrastructure or security management sectors. You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly. You are results-oriented, always striving to exceed client expectations and contribute to revenue growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of services available to them.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Kaseya's most strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include developing account strategies, conducting regular check-ins with clients, and analyzing account performance to identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for driving retention efforts, ensuring that clients are satisfied with Kaseya's solutions and services. You will leverage your industry knowledge to provide insights and recommendations that align with clients' objectives. Additionally, you will participate in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring that terms are favorable for both Kaseya and the client. Your role will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to Kaseya's growth and success.
