Job Description
Who you are
You are a Product Specialist with a deep understanding of Revit — you live and breathe the software and are passionate about improving user experiences. You enjoy digging into technical details and have a knack for identifying bugs and ensuring product quality. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate with both customers and engineering teams, acting as the voice of the user in product discussions.
You have hands-on experience in defining and testing new product features — from early concept stages to final quality assurance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every release meets high standards of usability and functionality. Your ability to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is a key strength.
You are comfortable using light scripting languages like Python and C# to create internal tools that enhance customer support and streamline workflows. Your technical skills enable you to assist customers in understanding the full potential of Kinship's offerings, ensuring they get the most out of the platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help define and test new product features, ensuring they align with customer needs and expectations. You will work directly with customers to gather feedback and provide insights that inform product development. Your responsibilities will include delivering onboarding sessions, demos, and technical walkthroughs to both new and existing users, helping them navigate the platform effectively.
You will write support content, workflows, and best practices to empower users and enhance their experience with Kinship. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring that every release is polished and dependable. You will act as the voice of the user in product and engineering discussions, advocating for features that enhance usability and functionality.
