Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in partnerships or business development. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and have a consultative approach to working with partners. You are comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and can effectively communicate Klaviyo's value proposition to ecosystem partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team focused on driving growth through partnerships.
Desirable
Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) is a plus, as is familiarity with the marketing technology landscape. You are adaptable and open to learning, willing to dive deep into the specifics of Klaviyo's offerings to better serve your partners.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for GSIs, guiding them on how to leverage Klaviyo's platform to enhance their service offerings. You will work closely with the Partnerships organization to align strategies and ensure that our partners are equipped to succeed. Your role will involve understanding the business models of your partners and advising them on growth strategies that incorporate Klaviyo's capabilities. You will also serve as a spokesperson for Klaviyo at industry events, sharing insights and building the company's reputation in the ecosystem.
