Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation or e-commerce platforms can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You may have a network of contacts within the industry that can be leveraged to drive partnerships. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial, as it provides insight into the needs and challenges faced by partners.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Partner Account Manager at Klaviyo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of ecosystem partners. Your role will involve understanding their business models and growth strategies, allowing you to provide tailored advice on how Klaviyo can support their objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly Sales and Marketing, to ensure that partner needs are met and that they receive maximum value from the Klaviyo platform. You will also be responsible for tracking partner performance and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.

You will engage in regular communication with partners, providing updates on new features and best practices to help them succeed. Your consultative skills will be essential as you guide partners through the implementation of Klaviyo's solutions. You will also represent Klaviyo at industry events and conferences, acting as a spokesperson to promote the value of our partnerships.
