You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in partnerships or business development. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and have a consultative approach to working with partners. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and can influence decision-making at various levels within organizations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate Klaviyo's value proposition effectively. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive mutual success. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that each partner brings unique needs and challenges.

Desirable

Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) is a plus, as is familiarity with the marketing technology landscape. You may have a background in sales or marketing, which helps you understand the broader context of partnerships. A proactive mindset and a passion for helping partners succeed will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Partner Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for GSIs, leveraging your expertise to guide them in utilizing Klaviyo's platform effectively. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that align with both Klaviyo's goals and those of your partners. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential, as you will need to influence their growth strategies and ensure they see the value in Klaviyo's offerings. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to create joint go-to-market initiatives that drive growth for both Klaviyo and its partners. Your role will involve regular communication and check-ins with partners to assess their needs and provide ongoing support. You will also have opportunities to represent Klaviyo at industry events and conferences, showcasing your expertise and the benefits of partnering with Klaviyo.
