Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in demand generation and marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer growth through integrated marketing campaigns. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective acquisition strategies that align with business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Campaigns, and Sales to ensure campaign success. You possess a deep understanding of acquisition funnels and pipeline mechanics, enabling you to translate campaign execution into sustained customer growth. You are hands-on and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of the campaign is optimized for maximum impact. You are adaptable and open to learning, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences in the workplace.
Desirable
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. A background in e-commerce or working with SMB merchants would be beneficial, as it aligns with Klaviyo's target audience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of new customer acquisition campaigns for Klaviyoβs commercial segment across the Americas. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with acquisition and pipeline goals. You will collaborate with various teams to identify the necessary campaigns, assets, and motions required to attract new SMB merchants. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness. You will also oversee sales-supported and partner-referred acquisition programs, ensuring they are executed flawlessly. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the commercial demand engine of Klaviyo, making you a key player in the company's growth strategy.
