Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Manager for Mid Market Partner Account Management to oversee a team of Partner Account Managers. You'll drive partner engagement and revenue growth while leveraging strong communication and consultative skills.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the mid-market and enterprise segments, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams. Your leadership style is supportive and empowering, ensuring that your team members are set up for success in achieving their goals. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to effectively engage with both your team and partners, fostering a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of training and development, and you take pride in mentoring your direct reports to help them reach their full potential.
You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, capable of aligning team objectives with broader company goals. Your experience in developing and iterating on partner engagement models will be invaluable as you work closely with the Partner Marketing team to drive revenue. You are adaptable and open to feedback, recognizing that continuous improvement is key to success in a dynamic environment.
Desirable
Experience in marketing or product management is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to understand the needs of partners and the market landscape. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics will help you track performance metrics and make informed decisions. A background in sales or business development can also provide additional insights into driving growth and engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee a team of Partner Account Managers, guiding them in their daily activities and ensuring they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team, creating a culture of accountability and high performance. Your leadership will involve setting clear expectations and providing the necessary resources for your team to thrive.
You will collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to align on initiatives that enhance the partner experience and drive revenue growth. This includes iterating on the partner engagement model to ensure it meets the evolving needs of both partners and the company. You will leverage your consultative skills to understand the unique challenges faced by your team and develop strategies to address them effectively.
Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. By fostering a positive and productive team environment, you will help your team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
