Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales compensation analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in managing incentive compensation programs. Your expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems allows you to navigate complex compensation structures and ensure compliance with governance standards. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to conduct compensation cost modeling and deliver insightful trend analysis. Your ability to resolve disputes and oversee commission calculations demonstrates your commitment to accuracy and fairness in compensation.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations on incentive plan design and execution. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex compensation concepts to stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable using data to drive decision-making.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the administration of all incentive plans, ensuring that incentives are paid on time and adhere to design governance and compliance. You will oversee the calculations for monthly and quarterly commissions and accruals, resolving any disputes that may arise. As a subject matter expert in ICM systems, you will demonstrate best practices in building and testing these systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales organization.
You will support the ongoing operation of Xactly, making necessary updates, processing and validating payouts, and distributing plan documentation to relevant stakeholders. Your role will involve conducting regular trend analysis to guide data-driven decision-making, providing insights that help shape the future of the sales compensation strategy. You will collaborate with the Go-To-Market Compensation Director to refine and enhance incentive compensation programs, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
