You are a highly organized and proactive individual with a strategic mindset, ready to support the Managing Director EMEA at Klaviyo. Your experience in providing operational support to senior leadership positions you as a critical partner in driving the company's growth across Europe. You understand the importance of operational excellence and are adept at managing complex initiatives that require collaboration with various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with supporting a hyper-growth technology company.
Your background includes working closely with senior executives, where you've gained insights into regional strategy and commercial initiatives. What you'll do
In this role, you will provide dedicated business and operational support to the Managing Director EMEA, enabling scale and execution across Klaviyo's Commercial organization in Europe. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth execution of priorities, working closely with EMEA leadership to drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of regional strategies and support complex commercial projects that are critical to Klaviyo's growth.
