You have a strong background in partner sales management, with a proven track record of developing new client segments and driving business growth through partnerships. Your experience includes working with Value-Added Resellers, Regional System Integrators, and modern Distribution partners, which has equipped you with the skills to build executive relationships and influence key stakeholders. You are a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented leader who thrives in collaborative environments and understands the importance of effective communication across various teams.
You possess a deep understanding of the sales process and have successfully executed business plans that support accelerated go-to-market strategies. Your ability to foster trust and influence among partners is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You are motivated by the challenge of driving business to new heights and are eager to contribute to the success of Elastic's initiatives in the India region.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI or search solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and the ability to navigate complex sales environments will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
